Service terms

Your permission

By submitting an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission from the rights holder and depicted individuals to request the edit. You remain responsible for how the finished image is used.

Pricing and payment

Listed services and sets are paid in full before editing begins. Complicated reconstruction, large batches, object removal, or requests outside a listed package may require a custom quote and separate payment request.

Delivery and rush work

Standard delivery is within three business days after payment and receipt of final instructions. A 24-hour rush option may be offered for an additional fee when capacity permits.

Revisions

One reasonable revision is included when requested within seven days of delivery. A new creative direction or work outside the original request may require an additional quote.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request a cancellation and refund before editing begins. Because every edit is custom digital work, payments become non-refundable once editing has begun. Dissatisfaction based only on personal preference does not qualify for a refund after work begins; please use the included revision to request a reasonable adjustment within the original instructions. Changes beyond the original request or included revision may require an additional fee. If Keepsake Editorial cannot complete the agreed service, the affected payment will be refunded.

Editing approach

Professional tools, including AI-assisted features, may be used under human direction. Every delivered image is edited and reviewed by a real professional editor; the service is not an automated AI output. Results depend on the quality and content of the original image.
